We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Developer to strengthen our Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in integrating data into our Snowflake Data Warehouse, utilizing DBT for data transformation, and creating impactful Power BI reports.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Data Integration & Management
- Develop and maintain data integration pipelines from our internal Datahub to Snowflake DWH, ensuring smooth and efficient data processing.
- Utilize DBT to transform and structure data for optimal analytics and reporting performance.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of our Snowflake DWH by implementing monitoring, quality controls, and troubleshooting solutions.
2. Data Modeling & Analytics
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the DWH.
- Design and optimize scalable data models in Snowflake, ensuring high-performance BI reporting and analytics.
3. Business Intelligence & Visualization
- Develop insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with business teams to refine reporting needs, ensuring solutions align with business goals.
4. Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of technical growth and excellence.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in data technologies, advocating for enhancements to our data infrastructure and BI capabilities.

who we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and data integration.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with DBT for data transformations.
- Solid knowledge of data warehousing principles and data modeling techniques.
- 3+ years of experience in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for report development and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in Czech and English.
- Experience with Snowflake is an advantage.
