We are seeking a proactive Sales Agent to join the team and help expand the company's footprint in the Czech Republic market, specifically in the Kraj Vysočina and Pardubický kraj regions.
Job Description:
As a Sales Agent at Novellini, your primary focus will be identifying and leveraging sales opportunities across our full range of products. You will play a key role in driving growth by:
... - building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors, architects, designers and project managers,
- promoting our products and ensuring they are specified in major projects,
- developing distribution channels and expanding sales across the region,
- collaborating with the team to achieve company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

who we are looking for
- a motivated individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
- passion for sales and a drive to meet and exceed targets,
- interest in the bathroom furnishing and wellness industry,
- knowledge of the reference market and in particular of the middle-high market and wellness sector,
- ability to work with professionals (architects, builders, bathroom furniture retailers),
- ability to develop and implement effective marketing/sales strategy and quickly build a successful distribution network,
- excellent understanding, communication and negotiation skills,
- fluency in Czech/Slovak and English is required,
- active driver with a driver's licence type B.
