what will be your job
... - ensuring effective communication within cross-functional teams developing functional solution of the strategy and steps to achieve widespread success of the project and its partial parts
- informing and reporting about the project status to client´s project responsible within different departments, the members of the project team and the Social Media Hub Coordinator
- ensuring communication with supplier of Social Media management tool as well as with users of this tool on client’s side
- evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of communication & monitoring relevant themes
- preparing KPI reports on a regular basis and cooperating on setting up next steps based on these reports.
- coordinating community management within the scope of its responsibility.
- monitoring timing, processes, and reports on budgets within the project
- ensuring communication, control and management of external communication agency
- preparing PPT presentations as a source material for meetings
- coordination of tasks related to project management
- ensuring the contribution of the latest know-how to the development of the project
- support in analysis of client´s HQ social media channels
- following internal client´s procedures for the successful operation of the project and its sub deliverables in Škoda Auto and with subsequent subcontractors
- ensuring the approval of final decisions by client´s employees
- ensuring individual contribution to the development of the project in a form of proactive approach

who we are looking for
- bachelor degree
- czech C1, English language C1
- professional experience with social media including community management and SoMe listening
- strong project management skills
- proactivity and ability to work under pressure
- excellent time management skills
