• Good communication skills to interact with business and IT
• Proven experience in large, multi-country, multi company, multi modules, multi-language SAP ERP projects
• He/she can assist, steer, and guide the project team members in their activities
• Thorough know-how of the best practices
• Promoting and ensuring that the best practices and the business processes defined during the blueprint are implemented in the correct way in the SAP tool
• Good motivation skills, good coaching capabilities. Said with an image ‘we don’t need a police man’
• Hands on mentality, to lead by example
• Czech and English on communication level
