• provide 3rd-level support for existing applications
• offer consulting & support services for Lotus Notes/Domino
• engage in direct customer interactions
• work with Domino Designer (v8.5 experience is a plus)
• manage deployment of solutions in Japan
• assist & support internal teams and global entities
• provide Tier 3/Tier 4 engineering support
• manage Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Windows OS & Virtualized Infrastructures

who we are looking for

• experience: 6 to 12 years
• strong expertise in Lotus Notes/Domino application design & support
• hands-on experience with Domino Designer
• deep knowledge of Windows Active Directory & Windows OS
• ability to work in a highly distributed, global environment
• excellent problem-solving skills & technical troubleshooting
• languages required: English & Czech (Mandatory)
