• organizing truck transportation logistics
• overseeing the preparation, assignment, and routing of orders
• coordinating deliveries based on client requirements and payment terms
• maintaining proactive communication with clients and carriers through email and phone
• requesting transportation services from carriers and allocating shipments to them
• monitoring and tracking shipments, keeping clients updated on their status
• addressing any issues related to shipments
• continuously seeking cost-saving opportunities and areas for added value
• tracking and resolving any freight-related claims
• ensuring the consistent quality of services and processes
• regularly updating internal systems with the latest data

• valid work permit for the Czech Republic
