what you will do
... - organizing truck transportation logistics
- overseeing the preparation, assignment, and routing of orders
- coordinating deliveries based on client requirements and payment terms
- maintaining proactive communication with clients and carriers through email and phone
- requesting transportation services from carriers and allocating shipments to them
- monitoring and tracking shipments, keeping clients updated on their status
- addressing any issues related to shipments
- continuously seeking cost-saving opportunities and areas for added value
- tracking and resolving any freight-related claims
- ensuring the consistent quality of services and processes
- regularly updating internal systems with the latest data

- prior experience in logistics, customer service, or a call center environment
- strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- independent and self-sufficient
- collaborative team member
- proactive and dynamic approach to tasks
- motivated to work in the logistics sector with a keen interest in transportation
- proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Excel
- valid work permit for the Czech Republic
