• installing and managing system servers and infrastructure systems (printers, switches, firewalls, server-side applications)
• providing 1st and 2nd level end-user support for both on-site and remote employees worldwide
• performing common service support, including hardware and software installation, LAN configuration, and user account management
• managing IT support for computers, networks, backups, and systems.
• Processing and tracking issues using our in-house Help Desk
• contributing to the planning and implementation of IT service processes and procedures

who we are looking for

• a minimum of 3 years of vocational training in computer science or a related field, with relevant operational experience
• certifications in various IT systems and service processes (ITIL)
• in-depth knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems, as well as applications like Microsoft Outlook
• fluency in English
• communication abilities
