Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our newly established global team focused on B2B commerce. This role is crucial in enhancing the visual presence of our digital touch points and products across B2B partner webshops with sales-driven design. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visuals that effectively communicate product value, support digital sales, and maintain brand consistency.
This role also requires a strong understanding of what sells visually in B2B e-commerce and the ability to explain why. You will provide guidance, demonstrate examples of effective and ineffective visual assets, and clearly articulate the reasons certain designs succeed or fail. What is going to be your responsibility?
...- Design visually compelling graphics, banners, and display ads tailored for B2B e-commerce, ensuring they effectively communicate sales-driven messages.
- Enhance product imagery with strong Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) to clearly highlight features and benefits.
- Maintain and develop visual consistency across all branded digital spaces in B2B partner webshops.
- Provide clear design guidelines and best practices for B2B e-commerce to ensure a high-quality visual experience.
- Analyze the effectiveness of design assets, iterating based on e-commerce best practices to drive engagement and conversion.
- Educate and support local teams by sharing best practices in B2B e-commerce design, ensuring scalable and effective implementation.
- You will also serve as a key resource in guiding our existing graphic designers in the countries how to enhance conversion rates through effective visual strategies.
- Global visual and graphic governance over how our products, digital shop-in-shops, and banners are presented in our partners' B2B webshops.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor approaches, integrating innovative ideas to continuously improve visual communication.

who we are looking for
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within e-commerce, experience in B2B e-commerce is a strong plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visually engaging and sales-driven design for e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to balance functionality and aesthetic appeal, ensuring industrial products remain visually engaging while preserving technical accuracy.
- Strong understanding of how visuals influence conversions in a B2B e-commerce setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively across teams.
- You remain patient yet persistent, knowing that uplifting local teams in a traditional business environment takes time. You trust your own expertise to push forward and make progress, even when faced with resistance.
