What to Anticipate:

• become a valued member of our international team consisting of 10 specialists located in Belgium, India, and Czechia.
• contribute to the development and upkeep of the IBS platform, envisioning it as a global mini bank where your responsibility is to ensure seamless operation.
• tasks include coding (primarily PL/1 with a focus on maintenance), testing (using changeMan, IDZ/GitHub platform), performance tuning, process release, and more.
• create user-friendly documentation (concise one-pagers) and gather insights for retrospective incident discussions.
• actively collaborate with other teams in a dynamic environment.
• this role entails a long-term commitment, with a training period lasting up to 2 years
