Are you a creative and strategic UX/UI Designer looking to make an impact in the world of B2B commerce? We’re seeking a talented professional to help shape and enhance digital experiences across our partners' online platforms. Your role will involve analyzing B2B webshops, identifying UX/UI challenges, and providing insights on how they affect customer engagement and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
... - Lead the optimization of user experiences across B2B partner webshops, ensuring seamless navigation and increased conversions.
- Define UX guidelines and strategies for key digital touchpoints, including online storefronts, landing pages, and other commerce-related interfaces.
- Identify and address inconsistencies in design, such as ineffective banners, unclear CTAs, or navigation issues, to create a cohesive customer journey.
- Conduct research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, applying findings to improve digital experiences.
- Collaborate with regional teams, providing training and guidance on UX best practices to enhance customer interactions.
- Act as a UX consultant, offering recommendations to optimize digital engagement and sales performance.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, leveraging innovative approaches to improve B2B digital commerce experiences.

who we are looking for
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong background in e-commerce (B2B experience is a plus).
- A strategic thinker who understands the complexity of B2B commerce and can bridge digital and traditional sales interactions.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design for online platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners to drive UX improvements.
- Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign), and other UX/UI software.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging technologies.
- A proactive and adaptable approach—comfortable with driving change and guiding teams in a fast-evolving digital environment.
