Randstad Employer Brand Research
is a representative survey that provides valuable insights into employee's preference. Based on the results, we recognize the most attractive employers and present them with the Randstad Award trophy.
- reflection of employer attractiveness for the market’s 150 largest employers known by at least 10% of the population
- evaluates attributes like the attractiveness of the employer, career and home office possibilities, salary and benefits, workplace atmosphere, job description or alignment with personal values
- 7th consecutive year in Czechia, more than 24 years of history globally
